Function Reference

Overview

The AI Employee uses predefined system functions to perform automated actions such as creating tickets, sending messages, scheduling appointments, or updating records.

verify_otp

Verifies the OTP entered by the user.

Transfers the conversation to another department inbox.

department_name – e.g., Billing, Sales
