Nextiva CX - X (Twitter) Chat

Twitter Chat (also known as X) is the messaging app associated with Twitter (X) that can be connected to NextivaCX. To connect to Twitter Chat, you must have a business Twitter (X) account to connect.

1. Navigate to the home page by selecting the Home icon.
   
   

2. Select the Onboarding Tab.
   
   

3. Select Messaging Apps.
   
   

4. Select Connect Messaging Apps.
   
   

5. Select Twitter Chat.
   
   
   
   

6. A popup will appear instructing the User to enter their Twitter (X) credentials.
   
   

7. Enter the login information.
   
   
   
   

8. The Account information will be displayed. Select the plus button next to the page you would like to add.
   
   

9. A checkmark and Selected will appear. Select done.
   
   

10. Twitter Chat now displays as connected and is listed under connected accounts.
