New Features

Advanced Editor (Beta) — NEXT Studio

What It Does
The Advanced Editor (Beta) lets you update your AI Employee by describing what you want in plain English — for example, "Change the greeting to 'Thanks for calling Joe's Garage'" or "We're closed Sundays now." The editor confirms each change before applying it, and only what you specifically named is changed. You can also ask the editor to read your current configuration back to you before making any changes.

Why It Matters
Everyday updates — greetings, opening hours, active channels, transfer destinations, and skill wording — no longer require navigating full setup screens or raising a support request.

Where You'll See It
NEXT Studio in your admin area. It is also available directly from an AI Employee you already have open, so the editor knows which one you mean. Every account with an AI Employee has access — there is nothing to buy and nothing to switch on.

Good to Know
Confirmed changes publish immediately to your live AI Employee, so schedule larger changes outside your opening hours. The existing setup screens under Administration → People & AI → AI Employees remain available and unchanged, and version history there lets you view or restore an earlier configuration.

If you previously used NextIQ from the main sidebar, this is where that capability now lives, renamed to Advanced Editor (Beta).

Fixes

Journeys, Workflows, and Functions Could Appear Empty

What Was Happening
Journeys, Workflows, and Functions could show an empty view — no records and no error message — even when data was present. Because nothing indicated a problem, the view looked like an account with no journeys, workflows, or functions set up.

What's Resolved
These views now load records reliably. Where data genuinely cannot be read, a clear error is shown instead of an empty list — so an empty view now means your account is empty, not that something went wrong behind the scenes.
