Updated Privacy and Terms Links
Description of Issue: An issue was identified in Nextiva Contact Center where the Privacy and Terms links displayed on the Contact Center page did not direct users to the appropriate Nextiva resources. The Privacy link directed users to a broken page, while the Terms link directed users to the VoIP Terms of Service instead of the applicable Contact Center terms.
Current Status and Resolution Description: Resolved: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center, the Privacy and Terms links were updated to direct users to the appropriate Nextiva Privacy Policy and Contact Center terms.
