WhatsApp Template Parameters via Web Form API

Description of Feature: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center to support parameter substitution in WhatsApp template messages sent through the Web Form API. Values provided in consumerData are now substituted into the corresponding WhatsApp template placeholders before the message is sent.  

Bluefin Payment Gateway Integration

Description of Feature: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center to introduce a direct integration with the Bluefin payment gateway. The integration provides support for processing payments through Bluefin within Nextiva Contact Center.
