Within Akixi, devices are any entity on an account that is tied to a DID or Extension. Within a report, devices can be filtered by the drop-down device filter box.

The following entities are all considered devices in Akixi:
 

• Hunt Group
• Call Center
• Auto Attendant
• Users

For larger accounts, it may be necessary to create a filter list that is entered into the filter box as selecting from the drop box can be cumbersome.  To create a filter list, separate each entity on the account with a comma.  If an entity does not have a DID, use the format [(location number)x(extension)].  Below is an example:
 

• 6026663832,6028838722,8002857995x6969,8002857995x7205,8002857995x7237,8002857995x7890
