Obtain Custom Integration Credentials in NextOS

If you use an email address to log in to the Nextiva web portal, a different username may be required when using third-party tools. To obtain this username, an administrator should follow these steps: 
 

1. From the NextOS admin home page, select Users.
    
2. Click the vertical ellipses, then click on Voice Settings.
    
3. Select Custom Integrations on the left.
    
4. Click the blue Email login credentials button.
   
   
    
5. The credentials will be sent to the email address on file for the user.
