Forward calls to XBert AI

Before you configure call forwarding, you will need to set up your XBert AI Employee. Click here for configuration instructions. Once XBert is set up, follow the instructions below to forward calls to be answered.

 

 

 

NextivaONE

 

  1. Log in to the NextivaONE Portal
  2. Go to Settings > Calls > Forwarding
  3. Click Add Phone Number to Use
  4. Enter your AI Employee number
  5. Enable forwarding and click Save

RingCentral
  1. Log in to the RingCentral Admin Portal
  2. Go to Settings > Call Handling & Forwarding
  3. Click Add Forwarding Number
  4. Enter your AI Employee number
  5. Enable forwarding and click Save

 

Zoom Phone
  1. Log in to the Zoom Web Portal
  2. Navigate to Phone > Settings > Call Handling
  3. Enable Call Forwarding
  4. Enter your AI Employee number
  5. Click Save

 

8x8
  1. Open the 8x8 app or admin portal
  2. Go to Settings > Call Forwarding
  3. Select Forward All Calls
  4. Enter your AI Employee number
  5. Click Save

 

Vonage
  1. Log in to your Vonage dashboard
  2. Go to Call Forwarding Settings
  3. Enable forwarding
  4. Enter your AI Employee number
  5. Click Save

 

Dialpad
  1. Open the Dialpad app
  2. Go to Settings > Call Handling
  3. Enable call forwarding
  4. Add your AI Employee number
  5. Click Save

 

GoTo Connect
  1. Log in to the Admin Portal
  2. Open the Dial Plan Editor
  3. Add a Forward to Number step
  4. Enter your AI Employee number
  5. Click Publish changes

 

Ooma Office
  1. Log in to Ooma Office Manager
  2. Go to User Preferences
  3. Set the call forwarding destination
  4. Enter your AI Employee number
  5. Click Save

 

Microsoft Teams
  1. Open Microsoft Teams
  2. Go to Settings > Calls
  3. Under Call Answering Rules, select Forward Calls
  4. Enter your AI Employee number
  5. Click Save

 

Google Voice
  1. Open Google Voice settings
  2. Go to Linked Numbers
  3. Add your AI Employee number
  4. Enable call forwarding

 

Cisco (Webex)
  1. Log in to the Webex user portal
  2. Go to Call Settings > Call Forwarding
  3. Enter your AI Employee number
  4. Click Save

 

Twilio
  1. Open your call flow in Studio or TwiML
  2. Add a Dial / Forward step
  3. Enter your AI Employee number
  4. Click Publish to save the flow

 

Aircall
  1. Open the Aircall dashboard
  2. Go to Numbers > Call Routing
  3. Add an external forwarding number
  4. Enter your AI Employee number
  5. Click Save

 

OpenPhone
  1. Go to Settings > Phone Numbers
  2. Select your number
  3. Enable call forwarding
  4. Enter your AI Employee number
  5. Click Save
