Hardware Version
The GXW series has TWO hardware versions. V1 is the original version. The V2 version is newer and supports more features.
Nextiva will only support the V2 hardware version.
You can tell the difference between the 2 hardware versions by looking at the Serial number on the bottom/back of the device. It will have a V2 next to the GXW42xx model number. The V1 does not have any notation at all.
Firmware Version
| Nextiva does not support GXW 4200 devices running firmware version 1.0.1.4 or older. Customers who have a device with older FW will have to upgrade the firmware from the Grandstream Site. |

You can determine the Firmware version by logging into the web interface and navigating to the System Info page. There, you can check either the Prog # or Version #.
