Set up Steps from the Web Interface (WebUI)
- On the phone, press and hold 1, 4, 7 for 5 seconds to obtain the IP address, MAC address, and firmware version.
- On a computer on the same network as the phone, open a web browser. The phone has to be on the same local network as the computer for this to work.
- You may also need to turn on Web Server Configuration in the phone:
- Press the Home button.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll down and select Advanced. The admin password by default is 456.
- Select Admin Settings.
- Scroll down to Web Server configuration.
- Set it to Enabled and set Web Config Mode to HTTP/HTTPS.
- Press the back softkey and choose Save Config. The phone may reboot.
- Press the Home button.
- You may also need to turn on Web Server Configuration in the phone:
- Navigate to https://[device IP address] (i.e. https://10.1.10.127).
- When prompted enter the password. By default, this is 456.
- Hover the mouse over Settings at the top of the page, and select Provisioning Server.
- Enter the following settings:
- Server Type: Based on profile, see the server address table for this information.
- Server Address: Locate the server information for the device below.
- Tag SN to UA: Enable.
- Server Type: Based on profile, see the server address table for this information.
- Click Save.
- The phone should reboot and provision.
Set up Steps from Device
Due to the complexity of entering the server address into the phone directly, Nextiva recommends provisioning through the WebUI, if possible.
- Press the Home button.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Advanced.
- Enter the admin password. By default, it is 456.
- Select Administration Settings.
- Select Network Configuration.
- Select Provisioning Server.
- Scroll down to Server Type and select based on the device profile.
- Scroll down to Server Address. Using T9 entry, type in the server address for the phone.
- Scroll down to Tag SN to UA, and choose Enabled.
- Press the Back softkey two times.
- Select Save Config.
- The phone should reboot and provision.

Troubleshooting
If the phone does not auto-provision, check the following:
- Is the MAC address correct on your account?
- Is the device type correct on your account?
- Is Tag SN to UA enabled?
- Is the Server Type set correctly?
- Is the Server Address entered correctly?
- No typos.
- No spaces at the beginning or end.
- No typos.
- Adjust the DNS Server
