Grandstream GXW 42xx - IVR Menu

Article 000002246 · Updated Oct 27, 2025 · 1,207 views

The IVR menu is accessed by dialing *** from an analog phone connected to the ATA.  All values from the main menu must be entered as a 3-digit number (i.e. option 1 should be accessed by dialing 001).

By default, Nextiva disables the IVR menu after provisioning a GXW 4200 device.  If you need this enabled, submit a case to support providing the MAC address of the device(s) you would like to have the IVR menu enabled.
