Your vFax username is NOT an email address, if you are unsure of your vFax username, please contact support.

1. Click the Password Recovery option and enter your username or primary email address.
   
   
    
2. Enter your username or email address, answer the security question, and click Next.
    
3. If a user is found, an email will be sent with a verification code to the email address on file.  This can take a few minutes.
    
4. Enter the Verification Code, New Password, and Confirm Password.
    
5. Click Submit.
