The device can only be connected to WiFi if it is operating in WiFi mode.  If the device is operating in DECT mode, it will need to be switched to WiFi mode.  When in WiFi mode, it will NOT be able to pair to the W70B base unit.
 

1. Open the phone menu
    
2. Select Basic settings.
    
3. Select WiFi.
   
   
    
4. Enable WiFi by tapping on the option.
   
   
    
5. The device will automatically scan for nearby networks.
    
6. Tap on the network to connect to.
    
7. Enter the WiFi password.
    
8. The device will connect to the network and can be provisioned.
