Nextiva Contact Center: Allowed IP Addresses

The “Allowed IP Addresses” feature is a configuration tool used by administrators to grant access to the Nextiva platform. Once specific IP addresses have been added to the list, the platform will only allow access to those addresses. It is important to add your current IP address to the list first to ensure uninterrupted access. 

Adding Allowed IP Addresses 

Search for the Allowed IP Address icon in the Options Menu. Enter the required information under each tab.
