From the Boot Menu

  1. Unplug the phone and plug it back in to restart it.

  2. When the screen says Starting Application Press Cancel to Interrupt, press the Cancel softkey.

  3. Hold down 1, 3, 5 during the countdown screen until the phone screen displays Enter Password to Reset Settings.

  4. Enter the admin password. The default password is 456.

    • NOTE: If you do not know the password, you can also enter the MAC address of the device (with lowercase letters).

Use the softkey that shows 1->Aa to change between numbers, uppercase letters, and lowercase letters.  Whatever is shown to the left of the arrow is the type of character entered into the phone (i.e. a->1A will cause lowercase letters to be entered).

  5. Press the OK softkey.

  6. If the password is correct, the phone will reboot and restore factory default settings.

From the WebUI

  1. Press and hold 1, 4, 7 for about 5 seconds to obtain the IP address, MAC address, and firmware version.

  2. On a computer on the same network as the phone, open a web browser. The phone has to be on the same local network as the computer for this to work.

  3. Navigate to https://[device IP address] (i.e., https://10.1.10.127).
