Snom PA1+ - Provisioning Instructions

The Snom PA1+ is an upgraded version of the Snom PA1.  These steps are specific to the PA1+ and should not be used for the PA1 due to firmware and hardware limitations.  For instructions to configure the PA1 click here.

This device will appear on the account as the Snom PA1 Plus.
 

1. Obtain the IP address of the PA1+
    
   1. Plug a headset into the 3.5mm jack labeled Line Out.
       
   2. Press the IP/Reset Button
       
   3. The device will announce its IP address through the headset.
       
2. On a computer on the same network as the phone, open a web browser. The phone has to be on the same local network as the computer for this to work. 
    
3. Navigate to https://[device IP address] (i.e. https://10.1.10.127).
    
4. Log in as an administrator, the default credentials are
    
   • Username: admin
      
   • Password: admin
      
5. Select Advanced under the setup option on the left-hand side of the page.
    
6. Select the Update Tab.
    
7. In the Setting URL field, enter https://dm.nextiva.com/dms/Nextiva_Service_Provider/Snom/PA1_Plus/
   
   
    
8. Click Apply.
    
9. Click Reboot.
    
10. In the popup window select Yes.
     
11. The device will reboot and provision to Nextiva.
