Q. Why did the app name change?
A. We’ve renamed the Nextiva App to NextivaONE. While the user experience remains the same, the new name better reflects the connected experience between our mobile and desktop solutions.
Q. Is this still the same app I downloaded before?
A. Yes! Only the name has changed. All your data, settings, and features remain the same.
Q. Do I need to re-download the app?
A. No, the app will update automatically through the App Store or Google Play just like before. If you don’t have auto update on, the app is available in the App Store or Google Play for download. Search for Nextiva or NextivaONE or use QR code from Nextiva website Download Nextiva - Free for macOS, Windows, Android, & iOS to download app .
Q. Will I lose my account or saved data?
A. No, your account and data are unaffected by the name change.
Q. Did something else change along with the name?
A. No functional changes unless otherwise announced.
Q. I can’t find the app in the store anymore—what do I do?
A. Try searching for the new name: NextivaONE. You’ll find us under the same developer - Nextiva.
Q. Is the app still safe and official?
A. Yes. We’re the same trusted team behind the app—just with a new name.
Q. Why do my notifications still show old Nextiva App name on my iOS?
A. If your notifications are grouped in notification center, you might see the old name displayed after you update the app. Device settings might also show the old name temporarily. To fix it - restart your device. The app icons remain the same and notifications are going to lead you to a correct app.
