NextOS Third Party API Integration

Our system is built on a Broadsoft back-end, and you can play with the Broadsoft API (officially called the Broadworks Xtended Services Interface, or Broadsoft XSI). Check out the XSI docs here: https://developer.cisco.com/docs/broadworks/#!developer-docs/extended-services-interface-docs

Customers who are interested in creating an API tool should contact their account representative or our sales team to engage a Solution Engineer.  The Solution Engineer will work with you to review your needs and ensure your API has the necessary access to our system.

Please note that Nextiva Technical Support does not provide any support for Broadsoft XSI. If you need any help with XSI, you'll need to talk to Cisco/Broadsoft or check out one of Cisco/Broadsoft's forums.
