Troubleshooting

If the device fails to auto-provision, check the following:

  • Is the MAC address correct on the account?

  • Is the device type correct on the account?

  • Is the device assigned to a user on the account?

  • Is the Server Address entered correctly?

    • No typos.

    • No spaces at the beginning or end.

  • For phones not sold by Nextiva, it has been discovered that some may not provision without changing the default password first.
