Nextiva Phone - Set DNS Server

For these devices, we recommend only configuring the DNS server through the web interface of the device.

WebUI

1. On the physical device, press the Settings  button.
    
2. Select Information, then select System Info.
    
3. The following screen will display the IP Address of the device.
   
   
4. On a computer on the same network as the phone, open a web browser. The phone has to be on the same local network as the computer for this to work. Navigate to https://[device IP address] (i.e., https://10.1.10.127).
   
   
5. From the main device page, click the Advanced option under Setup on the left-hand side of the page.
   
   
   
   
6. Update the DNS Server 1 and DNS Server 2 fields with the new DNS server values.
   
   
   
   
7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Apply.
