Setting Static IP On Nextiva Phone

Before proceeding with setting a static IP address on your device, confirm with your network administrator that the IP address you plan to assign is available to use.
Follow these steps to set a static IP address on your device:
- Press the Settings button.
NOTE: If the screen displays the message: “Welcome, press any key to login,” press the Settings button twice.
- Select Network
- Select IP Settings
- Select IPv4

DHCP will be enabled by default. Press the middle selection button to disable DHCP

- Scroll down to IPv4 and press the selection button to edit.
- Type in the IP address.
To input a period, press the Edit Mode softkey to select lowercase abc and press 1.
- Press the Check button to save the changes.
- Repeat steps 6 through 8 for each field on the page.
- After all fields have been entered, press the X button several times to navigate back to the home/idle screen.
- If the phone did not automatically reboot, it will need to be rebooted manually.
