Panasonic KX-UTG200B/300B - Provisioning Instructions

Auto Provisioning

1. Add the device to your account and assign it to a user.
    
2. Locate the IP address
    
   1. Press the Home button on the bottom of the phone.
       
   2. Select the Settings softkey at the bottom of the window.
       
   3. Scroll to Information Display and press the ENTER key on the navigational pad.
       
   4. The IP address will be displayed
       
3. Enable the Web Interface
    
   1. Press the Home button on the bottom of the phone.
       
   2. Select the Settings softkey at the bottom of the window.
       
   3. Scroll down to Network Settings and press the ENTER key on the navigational pad.
       
   4. Scroll down to Embedded Web and press ENTER.
       
   5. Select ON and press ENTER.
       
4. On a computer on the same network as the phone, enter the IP address into a browser.
    
5. Log in with the following credentials
    
   • Username: admin
      
   • Password: adminpass
      
6. Select the Maintenance tab.
    
7. Select Provisioning Maintenance on the left-hand side.
    
8. In the Provisioning Server text box enter the server based on model type
    
   • UTG 200B: http://dm.nextiva.com:80/dms/Nextiva_Service_Provider/KXUTG200B/
      
   • UTG 300B: http://dm.nextiva.com/dms/Nextiva_Service_Provider/KXUTG300B/
      
9. Click Save at the bottom of the window.
    
10. The phone will take between 30 seconds and 1 minute to download the configuration file and may reboot.
