Poly Rove - Factory Reset Guide

You can factory reset both the handsets and the base unit of the Poly Rove.

WebUI Factory Reset

1. Obtain the IP address of the device
   
   
   1. From a paired handset, press the menu key.  Click here for instructions to pair a handset to the base.
      
      
   2. Dial *47*
      
      
   3. A screen will display the MAC and IP address of the connected base.
      
      
2. On a computer on the same network as the phone, open a web browser. The phone has to be on the same local network as the computer for this to work. 
   
   
3. Navigate to https://[device IP address] (i.e. https://10.1.10.127).
   
   
4. When prompted, enter the login credentials. The default credentials are:
   
   
   • Username: admin
   • Password: admin
     
     
5. Select System Management on the left-hand side of the page.
   
   
6. Select the Device Maintenance sub-menu.
   
   
7. In the Reset Configuration section, click the Reset button.
   
   
8. In the confirmation window that appears, click OK.

Base Factory Reset

The Rove B2 base can be factory reset to unpair all handsets, clear out all account information, and reset all settings to factory default.

1. Press and hold the pairing button on the base until the LED turns red, approximately 20 seconds.
   
   
2. Release the button.
3. Once the LED turns solid green, the factory reset is complete.

Handset Factory Reset

Factory resetting the handsets will only reset local settings on the specific handset.  It does not affect other handsets, nor does it affect the base.  It also will not unpair the handset from the base.

1. Press the Menu key.
   
   
2. Navigate to Settings.
   
   
3. Scroll and select Reset Settings.
   
   
4. Select Yes when prompted Are you sure you want to reset settings?
