Factory Reset Steps

1. Plug in the power adapter
    
2. Connect an analog phone to the Phone 1 port on the ATA.
    
3. From the analog phone dial ****
    
4. You should hear ‘Configuration Option Menu’.
    
5. Dial 73738# (RESET#)
    
6. Press 1 to confirm the reset.
    
7. The device will factory reset and reboot.
