Steps to Factory Reset

1. Press the Menu button  on the phone.
   
   
    
2. Scroll down until you find the option to factory reset.
   
   
    
3. Press the Select softkey.
    
4. Press the OK softkey.
   
   
    
5. The device will reboot and reset to factory settings.
