Poly Edge Series - Accessing the Boot Menu

  1. Power cycle the phone.
     
  2. As soon as the headset and speakerphone buttons light up (also the Poly logo first appears at this point), press and hold the 1, 3, and 5 keys down.
     
  3. After approximately 10 seconds, a white screen will appear prompting for a password to reset the device.

  4. For factory resetting, enter the admin password or type the MAC address.
     
  5. To access the regular boot menu, press the Cancel softkey.
