Poly Voyager Focus 2
Pair the BT700 with the headset
The BT700 that comes with the headset should already be paired to the Voyager Focus 2; however, if a separate dongle is purchased, it will need to be paired to the headset. To pair the BT700 with the Voyager Focus 2, you will need a computer.
- On the computer, download and install the Poly Lens App
- Plug in the BT700 Bluetooth dongle to a USB port on the computer.
- Open the Poly Lens App.
- Click on the BT700 dongle.
- Update the dongle if there is an available update.
- Click Pair New Device.
- To indicate pairing mode, the dongle will flash red and blue.
- On the Voyager Focus 2, push the power switch up (towards the Bluetooth symbol) and hold it for about 5 seconds until the lights around the headset flash.
- The dongle and headset will connect.
Poly VVX X50
The VVX 150 is not compatible with this device as it does not have a USB port.
USB Connection
- Ensure the BT700 is paired to the Voyager Focus 2.
- Plug the BT700 dongle into the USB port on the phone.
- The phone should recognize the device as a headset.
Poly CCX 500
Bluetooth
- Open the device menu by tapping the 3 lines in the upper left-hand side of the screen
- Tap the Bluetooth option.
- Tap the Bluetooth Radio option and confirm it is set to on.
- Press the back arrow towards the bottom of the screen
- Tap Manage BT Devices.
- Tap Pair new device.
- On the Voyager Focus 2, push the power switch up (towards the Bluetooth symbol) and hold until the lights around the rim flash red and blue, about 5 seconds.
- On the CCX 500, select Poly FOCUS2 Series.
- The headset should now be paired
USB Connection
- Ensure the BT700 is paired to the Voyager Focus 2.
- Plug the BT700 dongle into the USB port on the phone.
- The phone should recognize the device as a headset.
Poly Edge E X00
USB Connection
Because the Edge E does NOT have a USB-A port, a USB-C to USB-A adapter will need to be purchased separately. Otherwise, this device cannot be connected.
- Ensure the BT700 is paired to the Voyager Focus 2.
- Plug the BT700 dongle into the USB port on the phone.
- The phone should recognize the device as a headset.
Poly Edge Ex20 and Ex50
Bluetooth
- From the phone menu, scroll down and select Bluetooth.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled by selecting Bluetooth and choosing the on option.
- On the Voyager Focus 2, push the power switch up (towards the Bluetooth symbol) and hold until the lights around the rim flash red and blue, about 5 seconds.
- Touch the earpiece with the microphone against the screen of the Edge phone
- Press the Connect softkey on the phone.
- The headset should be paired to the phone.
Yealink T46U, T54W, T57W
The Yealink T33G does not have a USB port.
- Ensure the BT700 is paired to the Voyager Focus 2.
- Plug the BT700 dongle into the USB port on the phone.
- The phone should recognize the device as a headset.
