Before trying to configure a headset, check Nextiva Headset and Device Compatibility to confirm the headset will work with the device you are using.

YHS36 Mono/Dual

The YHS36 is a basic analog headset.  As such, it has no call control.  If the device supports it, all that is necessary is to locate the headset port on the back of the phone and plug the headset in.  All call control will be through the device itself.
