Poly Voyager 4310/4320 Setup
Before trying to configure a headset, check Nextiva Headset and Device Compatibility to confirm the headset will work with the device you are using.
Poly Voyager 4310 & 4320
Cisco CP Series
Bluetooth

USB
With a USB connection, the MUTE button on the headset will mute the headset but NOT enable mute on the phone.
- Plug USB-A end of cable to back of Cisco device
- Plug USB-C end of cable to bottom of earpiece on Poly Headset
- You should see a pop-up message on Cisco display letting you know that it detected Accessory
- To confirm USB connection
- Press the Menu key.
- Scroll down and select Status.
- Select Accessories.
- The headset should appear in the list.
Poly VVX X50
It is recommended to enable Headset memory when using a headset. To enable headset memory:
- Open the phone menu.
- Select Settings.
- Select Basic Settings.
- Select Preferences.
- Select Headset.
- Enable Headset Memory.
Bluetooth
You can use a Bluetooth dongle that is already paired to the headset. Use the Poly Lens app on a computer to accomplish this. Once paired:
- Plug the USB-A Bluetooth dongle into the USB port on the poly device
- Turn on the headset that was already paired with the dongle.
- The phone should indicate it detects the headset.
USB
The volume keys do not integrate with the phone volume. This will give 2 volume levels that can be controlled independently of each other, headset volume on the phone and headset volume on the headset itself.
- Connect the USB-A side of the cable into the Poly device USB port
- Connect the USB-C side of the cable into the Voyager headset
- The phone should indicate it detects the headset.
Poly Edge E
Bluetooth

USB
The Poly Edge series phone only has USB-C ports. We sell the Voyaber with a USB-A to USB-C cable, any USB-C to USB-C cable can be used or a USB-A to USB-C adapter can be used as well.
- Connect the USB cable to the Poly phone
- Connect the USB cable to the Poly headset.
- The phone should show a popup on the display indicating a headset was connected.
Nextiva X-885
Before taking calls with a headset: While the phone is idle, press the Headset button and it will light up Green to show you are now in headset mode. If the phone is not in headset mode, then call control through the headset will be limited. |

- Press the Settings Key ⚙️
- Select Preferences.
- Select Audio.
- Select Bluetooth.
- Press the Search softkey.
- Select the headset from the results and press the Pair softkey.
- Once paired the device should appear under paired devices.
USB
With a USB connection the volume up and down keys only control the volume in the headset and do not control the phone settings.
- Connect the USB cable to the X-885
- Connect the USB cable to the headset
- The phone should display a message that it detected an accessory plugged into it.

- Connect a Pre-Paired Poly Bluetooth Dongle to USB on Snom phone (use Poly Lens on a PC to pair headset to dongle)
- The phone should display a message that it detected an accessory plugged into it.

- Connect the USB cable to the headset
- The phone should display a message that it detected an accessory plugged into it.
Yealink T46U/T54W
Bluetooth
The T46U requires the Yealink BT41 Bluetooth dongle, with a Bluetooth connection, only the answer key works, the mute and hangup controls do NOT work.
On the T54W, the mute feature mutes the headset microphone but does NOT enable mute on the phone.
- Press Menu Key
- Select Basic
- Select Bluetooth
- Toggle On Bluetooth
- Press Scan softkey
- Enable Pairing Mode on Headset
- Select Poly Voyager 4310/4320 from Scan Results
- The phone will pair to the headset and the headset will appear as a connected device.
USB
Volume control is local to the headset only and does NOT control the phone settings.
- Plug the USB-A end of the cable into the back of the Yealink device
- Plug the USB-C end of the cable into the bottom of the earpiece on the Poly Headset
- You should see a pop-up message on the Yealink display letting you know that it detected the Accessory
Yealink T57W
Bluetooth
With a Bluetooth connection, the mute button on the headset only mutes the headset, it does NOT enable mute on the phone.
- Press the Menu Key
- Select Basic.
- Select Bluetooth on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Enable Bluetooth by tapping the On option.
- The phone should automatically start scanning, if not, tap the Scan softkey.
- Enable Pairing Mode on Headset
- Select Poly Voyager 4310/4320 from Scan Results
- Once connected the headset will appear in a list of connected devices.
USB
With a USB connection, the volume controls only affect the headset, not the phone.
- Plug the USB-A end of the cable into the back of the Yealink device
- Plug the USB-C end of the cable into the bottom of the earpiece on the Poly Headset
- You should see a pop-up message on the Yealink display letting you know that it detected the Accessory
