Setting a Static IP on Yealink Phones

Before proceeding with setting a static IP address on your device, confirm with your network administrator that the IP address you plan to assign is available to use.

 

From the Device

  1. Open the Menu
     
  2. Select Advanced.

  3. Enter the admin password.

  4. Select Network.

  5. Select WAN Port.

  6. Select IPv4.

  7. With Type selected, press the Switch softkey to select Static IP.

  8. Fill out each of the fields
     
    • IP Address
       
    • Subnet Mask
       
    • Default Gateway
       
    • Primary DNIS
       
    • Secondary DNS
       
  9. Press Save to apply the changes.  If needed, the phone will reboot.
     

From the WebUI

  1. On the device, press OK to obtain the IP address. 
     
  2. On a computer on the same network as the phone, open a browser.
     
  3. Enter the device IP address into the browser’s address bar.
     
  4. Log in with administrator credentials.  The default credentials are:
     
    • Username: admin
    • Password: admin
       
  5. On the left-hand side, select Network to expand the section.

  6. Click Basic to access basic network settings.

  7. On the screen, select the Static IP option.

  8. Fill out the static IP information
     
    • IP Address
       
    • Subnet Mask
       
    • Default Gateway
       
    • Primary DNIS
       
    • Secondary DNS
       
  9. Click Save.
     
  10. Click the Apply button at the top of the screen to immediately apply the changes.
