Yealink DD10K - Pair and Unpair Handsets

The DD10K adapter allows for the T54W and T57W desk phones to pair W56H or W59R handsets to the device.  For instructions on how to use the handsets click here.

Pair a Handset

Each desk phone can support up to 4 handsets paired to it.  The steps below will walk through how to pair a handset to a desk phone.

1. Connect the Yealink DD10K DECT Adapter to the USB-A port on the desk phone.
   
   
   
   
2. Set the handset to pair mode.
   
   
   1. On the handset press the OK button to access the menu
      
      
   2. Select Settings.
      
      
   3. Scroll down and select Registration.
      
      
   4. Select Register Handset.
      
      
   5. Select the first Base option.
      
      
   6. Enter the PIN 0000.
      
      
3. On the desk phone open the menu.
   
   
4. Select DECT Settings.
   
   
   
   

5. Once on DECT Settings, select Handsets to pair up to 4 handsets.
   
   
   
   

6. In the first empty (unregistered) spot select Start Reg.
   
   
   
   
7. On the handset, it will find the desk phone and display the MAC of the desk phone.
   
   
8. Press OK on the handset to pair to the desk phone.
   
   
9. The handset will now show as registered to the desk phone.
   
   
   
   

Unpair a Handset

These steps will remove a handset from the desk phone.

1. On the desk phone, go to the Menu > DECT Settings.
   
   
   
   
2. Once on DECT Settings, select Handsets.
   
   
3. Highlight the handset you want to unpair from the desk phone.
   
   
4. Select Option.
   
   
   
   
5. Select Delete.
