Steps to Factory Reset
A device can be factory reset either from the physical device or from the web interface.
From the Device
T33G, T44W, T46U, T54W, T73W, T74U, T74W, and T85W
- Hold down the OK button for approximately 7 seconds.
- Press the OK softkey when prompted Reset to factory settings?
NOTE: If this device is from a third party, you may be prompted for the administrator password before a factory reset can be completed.
T57W and T87W
- Tap the Menu button on the screen.
- Tap Advanced.
- Enter the admin password and press OK. The default password is admin.
- Tap on Reset Config on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Tap Reset to Factory Settings.
- Tap OK to confirm the reset.
- The device will reboot and return to factory defaults.
T88W/T88V
- From the main screen, select the Menu option.
- Select System from the main menu.
- Enter the admin password for the device.
NOTE: The default password is admin. - Select Reset to factory settings.
- Press the red Reset confirmation button.
From the WebUI
- Press the OK button to obtain the IP address.
- On a computer on the same network as the phone, open a web browser. The phone has to be on the same local network as the computer for this to work.
- Navigate to https://[device IP address] (i.e. https://10.1.10.127).
- Log in to the WebUI, the default credentials are
- Username: admin
- Password: admin
- Username: admin
- Click Settings on the left-hand side of the page.
- Click Upgrade.
- Click Reset to Factory Settings.
- In the confirmation window that appears, click OK.
- The device will reboot and reset to factory.
