Cisco CP Series - Manage Local Directory

Add a Contact

1. Press the directory button on the phone.
   
   
2. Select Personal address book.
   
   
   
   
3. Press the Add softkey.
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the contact information.
   
   
   
   
5. Press the Save softkey.
   
   
   
   

Edit a Contact

1. Press the directory button on the phone.
   
   
2. Select Personal address book.
   
   
3. Highlight the contact to edit and press the center button on the directional keys.
   
   
   
   
4. Make any necessary changes to the contact and press the Save softkey.
   
   
   

Delete a Contact

1. Press the directory button on the phone.
   
   
2. Select Personal address book.
   
   
3. Highlight the contact to delete and press the Option softkey.
   
   
   
   
4. Select Delete.
   
   
   
   
5. Press the OK softkey to confirm.
