Factory Reset Steps

The X-650 can be factory reset either from the base unit or from the web interface.

Base Unit Instructions

1. Ensure the base unit is powered on.
    
2. On the back of the base unit, locate the RESET pinhole button.
    
3. Using a pin or a similar small object, press this button for 15 seconds.
    
4. Release the button and wait for the device to restart.
    
5. If needed, reprovision the phone
    

Web Interface

1. Press the Menu/Func. button on the deskset (Menu/Select button on the cordless handset).
    
2. Navigate to Status.
    
3. Select Network.
    
4. The following screen will display the IP Address of the device.
    
5. Enter the IP Address in a browser on a computer connected to the same network as the base station.
   
   
6. If prompted, the default login credentials are:
    
   
   • Username: admin
   • Password: admin
      
7. Click SERVICING at the top-right.
   
   
    
8. Click Provisioning on the far-left side of the screen.
   
   
    
9. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Reset.
   
   
    
10. In the window that appears, click OK to confirm the factory reset.
     
11. Wait for the device to restart.
     
12. If needed, reprovision the phone.
