Factory Reset Steps

  1. Identify the IP Address of the phone using a handset.
     
    1. Press the Menu button.
       
    2. Select IP Service.
       
    3. Select Network Setting.
       
    4. Select IP Settings.
       
  2. Enable the phone WebUI
     
    1. Press the Menu button.
       
    2. Select IP Service.
       
    3. Select Network Setting.
       
    4. Select Embedded Web.
       
    5. Highlight On and press the Save softkey.
       
  3. From a computer on the same network as the phone, enter the IP address in a Web Browser.
     
    1. example: Enter "http://192.168.1.68"
       
  4. Enter the Authentication ID and password for the ROOT ADMIN
     
    1. ID: customerserviceid
       
    2. Password: cspass
       
    3. Note: If you have already tried to log in with the other admin credentials they will cache in the device. Incognito mode may not help. Reboot the device to turn the webUI off before the 30 min time out. Hopefully, that will reset the cache, if not, you will need to wait 30 min.
       
  5. Click the Maintenance tab.

  6. Click Reset to Defaults.
