Panasonic TGP 600 - Status Lights

The TGP600 has a single status light that has three different colors Green, Amber/Orange, and Red.  Use the table below to determine what the light indicates:

Green

Solid

All SIP accounts are registered the device can be used.

Green

Flashing

The base unit is downloading data.  Keep the base unit plugged in until the light turns steady green.

Red

Solid

The unit is powering up.  This should last for approximately 10 seconds.

Red

Flashing

The base unit is in pairing mode to pair a handset.

Red

Rapid Flash

The handset locator button was pushed and the base is ringing all the handsets.

Amber/Orange

Solid

There is an IP address conflict on the network.  If the TGP 600 has a static IP address, try changing it to DHCP.

The unit is registering with Nextiva.  This should take no more than 15 seconds.

Flashing Continuously

One of the following issues is present:

  • The device is not provisioned.
  • The provisioning details are not correct.

Unlit/Off

N/A

The base unit has no power.

Unlit/Off

N/A

There is no active network connection to the base.  Verify the base is connected to an active network.
