This is a list of all the default feature access codes that Nextiva's service recognizes. Please be aware some services may require additional licensing to use.

| Anonymous Call Rejection Activation | *77 | Activates the Anonymous Call Rejection service. After the user dials the feature access code, an announcement informs the user that the service has been successfully activated. If the service was already active, the user still receives the announcement. |
| Anonymous Call Rejection Deactivation | *87 | Deactivates the Anonymous Call Rejection service. After the user dials the feature access code, an announcement informs the user that the service has been successfully deactivated, even if the service was never activated. |
| Anonymous Call Rejection Interrogation | *52* | Informs the user whether the Anonymous Call Rejection service is activated or deactivated. |
| Automatic Callback Deactivation | #8 | Terminates all outstanding automatic callback requests. The Automatic Callback service monitors a busy line and notifies the user as soon as the line becomes free. |
| Automatic Callback Menu Access | #9 | Provides access to an interactive voice response (IVR) menu, which lists the current pending callback requests and allows the user to cancel individual callback requests. |

| Call Forwarding Not Reachable Interrogation | *63* | Informs the user whether their Call Forwarding Not Reachable service is activated or deactivated. If the service is activated, the user also hears the forwarding destination. Call Forwarding Not Reachable Interrogation is available only when the user has the Call Forwarding Not Reachable service assigned. |
| Call Forwarding Selective Activation | #76 | Activates the Selective Call Forwarding service, which sends incoming calls to another number, such as a mobile phone or administrative assistant, based on pre-defined criteria. The service must be configured through the web portal with the default forwarding number and at least one active selective criterion before it can be activated. |

| Calling Line ID Delivery Blocking Interrogation | *54* | Informs the user whether their Calling Line ID Delivery Blocking service is activated or deactivated. |

| Calling Line ID Delivery Blocking Persistent Activation | *31 | Activates the Calling Line ID Delivery Blocking service, which blocks the display of the user's calling line ID for all calls. |
| Calling Line ID Delivery Blocking Persistent Deactivation | #31 | Deactivates the Calling Line ID Delivery Blocking service for all calls. |
| Calling Line ID Delivery per Call | *65 | Overrides Calling Line ID Delivery Blocking for one call. Before placing a call, the user dials the feature access code, and then places the call as usual. |
| Call Park | *68 | Places the call on hold in such a way that other users in the group or enterprise can retrieve the call. Calls can only be parked on extensions with the Call Park service assigned. |
| Call Park Retrieve | *88 | Retrieves a call that was previously parked. |
| Call Pickup | *98 | Answers the ringing phone within an assigned call pickup group. If more than one phone is ringing, Call Pickup answers the phone that has been ringing the longest. The call pickup group is determined by an administrator and may or may not consist of those listed in the group phone list. The extensions in the call pickup group can be viewed on the web portal. |
| Call Recording - Pause | *48 | Pauses the recording of a call. This option is not available in the Always recording mode. |
| Call Recording - Resume | *49 | Resumes call recording after it has been paused. This option is not available in the Always recording mode. |
| Call Recording - Start | *44 | Starts recording an ongoing call or the next outgoing call. The user’s Call Recording service must be set to On Demand or On Demand with User Initiated Start; otherwise, dialing the code has no effect. In the On Demand mode, the call is recorded from the beginning to the end while in the On Demand with User Initiated Start mode, the call is recorded from the instant the request has been issued and the recording can be stopped at any time. |
| Call Recording - Stop | *45 | Stops recording a call. This option is only available in the On Demand with User Initiated Start mode. |
| Call Retrieve | *11 | Retrieves an existing active call from another endpoint. The user dials the Call Retrieve feature access code from the location where they want to retrieve the call. The user can retrieve a call from the primary location, from a Shared Call Appearance alternate location, from a Nextiva Anywhere location, or from a Hoteling Host location the user is associated with. |
| Call Return | *69 | Places a call to the phone number of the last received call. The user is allowed to return calls only to call types in the Outgoing Calling Plan. |
| Call Return Number Deletion | #92# | Deletes the last incoming number. |
| Call Waiting Interrogation | *53* | Informs the user whether the Call Waiting service is activated or deactivated. |
| Call Waiting Persistent Activation | *43 | Activates the Call Waiting service for all calls. |
| Call Waiting Persistent Deactivation | #43 | Deactivates the Call Waiting service for all calls. |
| Cancel Call Waiting | *70 | Deactivates the Call Waiting service for the next call the user places. |
| Clear Voice Message Waiting Indicator | *99 | Allows the user to dial the assigned code to clear the audible (and visible for some devices) message waiting indicator on their phone. |
| Communication Barring User-Control Activation | *33* | Activates the Communication Barring User-Control service and applies the current profile. The profile must be selected through the web portal. |
| Communication Barring User-Control Deactivation | #33* | Deactivates the Communication Barring User-Control service. |
| Communication Barring User-Control Query | *#33# | Informs the user whether the Communication Barring User-Control service is activated or deactivated. If the service is activated, the user is also informed which profile is selected. |
| Connected Line Identification Restriction Interrogation | *56* | Informs the user whether Connected Line Identification Restriction is activated or deactivated. |
| Customer Originated Trace | *57 | Places a trace on the last number that called the user. |
| Directed Call Pickup | *97 | Allows the user to pick up a call for another user in the same group. The user dials the feature access code followed by the extension of the user whose call is to be picked up. |
| Directed Call Pickup with Barge-in | *33 | Allows the user to barge in on a call to or from another user in the same group, by entering the feature access code followed by the extension of the user whose call is to be barged-in on. Barge-in is successful only when the second user has only that one call. When a user barges in on an answered call, the call becomes a three-way call and the user who barged in becomes the controller of the three-way call. The group administrator configures a tone that warns users on a call that another user is barging in on their call. Users can prevent having their calls being barged in on by using the Barge-in Exempt service. |
| Direct Voice Mail Transfer | *55 | Transfers a held call directly to a voice mailbox, that is, without using the CommPilot Call Manager. The call can be transferred to the user's voice mailbox or to any other voice mailbox in the group. The Voice Messaging service or the Third Party Voice Mail Support service must be assigned to the user's group. |
| Diversion Inhibitor | *80 | Prevents redirection services from being activated on the terminating side of an unanswered call. |
| Do Not Disturb Activation | *78 | Activates the Do Not Disturb service. When the service is active, the user's phone does not ring and all calls receive a busy treatment, such as forwarding to voice mail. |
| Do Not Disturb Deactivation | *79 | Deactivates the Do Not Disturb service. |
| Escalate Call to Supervisor | #83 | Allows a call center agent to escalate calls to their supervisor. |
| Flash Call Hold | *22 | Puts the current call on hold on a phone that does not have a Hold button. On this type of phone, a user presses the Flash button or presses and releases the Hang-up button on the phone cradle. |
| Forced Forwarding Activation | #72 | Allows a call center supervisor to temporarily divert new incoming calls to another number. When the supervisor dials this feature access code, they are prompted to enter the supervised queue's primary phone number. The number is validated and an activation message is played if the number is valid. |
| Forced Forwarding Deactivation | #73 | Deactivates forced forwarding for a call center. When the supervisor dials this feature access code, they are prompted to enter the supervised queue's primary phone number. The number is validated and a deactivation message is played if the number is valid. |
| Group Call Park | #58 | Parks the call on the user's Call Park group. When the user dials the feature access code, the service hunts for the first available user in the Call Park group and parks the call there. This feature access code cannot be used until the Call Park service is assigned and a user can only be in one Call Park group at a time. |
| Hunt Group Busy Activation | #51 | Allows a member of a hunt group to temporarily make the hunt group busy and trigger busy treatment for incoming calls. If the user is a member of more than one hunt group, they are prompted to enter the hunt group ID. |
| Hunt Group Busy Deactivation | #52 | Deactivates busy treatment for a hunt group. If the user is a member of more than one hunt group, they are prompted to enter the hunt group ID. |
| Hunt Group Busy Interrogation | #53 | Informs a hunt group member whether the Enable Group Busy policy is activated or deactivated for the hunt group. If the user is a member of more than one hunt group, they are prompted to enter the hunt group ID. |
| Initiate Silent Monitoring | #82 | Allows a call center supervisor to listen in on calls handled by agents they are monitoring. An optional configurable tone may be used to let agents know that they are being monitored. |
| Last Number Redial | *66 | Redials the last dialed number. The user is only allowed to redial to numbers allowed by their Outgoing Calling Plan. |
| Location Control Activation | *12 | Activates a Shared Call Appearance alternate location, or a Nextiva Anywhere location. The user must dial the Location Control Activation feature access code from the location that needs to be activated. |
| Location Control Deactivation | *13 | Deactivates a Shared Call Appearance alternate location, or a Nextiva Anywhere location. The user must dial the Location Control Deactivation feature access code from the location that needs to be deactivated. |
| Make Outgoing Calls as Call Center | #80 | Allows a call center agent to make calls using a call center phone number. The called party sees the Calling Line ID (CLID) or the DNIS of the Call Center instead of the agent's phone number. |
| Make Personal Outgoing Call | #81 | Allows a call center agent to make calls using their own phone number. |
| Monitoring Next Call | #84 | Allows a Premium call center supervisor to monitor the next incoming call. To use this feature, the supervisor must have the Directed Call Pickup with Barge-in and Call Center Monitoring services assigned. |
| Music On Hold Per-Call Deactivation | *60 | Deactivates the Music On Hold service for the current call. |
| Nextiva Anywhere E.164 Dialing | *14 | Allows the user to dial an E.164 number. The user dials the feature access code as an alias to the "+" sign. The system replaces the feature access code digits with the "+" sign and resumes the call origination with an E.164 number. |
| Night Service Activation Manual Override | #70 | Activates the Night Service feature, which transfers incoming calls received outside of business hours to an alternate number. NOTE: This code can only be used by a call center supervisor |
| Night Service Deactivation Manual Override | #71 | Deactivates the Night Service feature. NOTE: This code can only be used by a call center supervisor |
| No Answer Timer | *610 | Allows the user to change the number of rings a caller hears before a no-answer treatment is applied to the call. |
| Per Call Account Code | *71 | Allows the user to provide an account code before attempting a call, or, during a call, flash and provide an account code to be applied to all ongoing (currently held) calls. |
| Push To Talk | *50 | Provides an intercom-like functionality where the user can call another party and be instantly connected. |
| Selective Call Rejection Interrogation | *51* | Informs the user whether the Selective Call Rejection service is activated or deactivated. |
| Speed Dial 100 | *75 | Allows the user to associate two-digit (00 through 99) speed dial codes with frequently called or hard-to-remember phone numbers. The user can then dial these codes instead of the full numbers to place calls. |
| Speed Dial 8 | *74 | Allows the user to associate one-digit (2 through 9) speed dial codes with frequently called or hard-to-remember phone numbers. The user can then dial these codes instead of the full numbers to place calls. |
| Sustained Authorization Code Activation (call unlocking) | *47 | Allows a user who is required to provide an authorization code for outgoing calls to unlock this requirement. Having unlocked the requirement, the user is no longer prompted for an authorization code, and their call proceeds without interruption. |
| Sustained Authorization Code Activation (call locking) | *37 | Allows a user who has unlocked their code authorization requirement, to lock this requirement again. |
| Voice Mail Retrieval | *86 | Allows the user to retrieve their voicemail. Upon dialing this feature access code, the user is automatically connected to their voice mail retrieval menu. |
| Voice Portal Access | *62 | Allows a user with the Voice Messaging User, Third-Party Voice Mail Support, or Flexible Seating Guest service to access their voice portal. |
