Steps to Factory Reset

The device can be reset from either the WebUI, from a handset, or from the base.
 

From the WebUI

  1. From a handset paired to the base, press the OK key in the middle of the directional pad to open the menu.
     
  2. Select the Status option.
     
  3. Select the option for Base.

  4. The IP address will be displayed on the screen.

  5. On a computer on the same network as the phone, open a web browser. The phone has to be on the same local network as the computer for this to work.
     
  6. Navigate to https://[device IP address] (i.e. https://10.1.10.127).
     
  7. Log in to the WebUI, the default credentials are
     
    • Username: admin
       
    • Password: admin
       
  8. Click Settings on the left-hand side of the page.

  9. Click Upgrade.

  10. Click Reset to Factory Settings.

  11. In the confirmation window that appears, click OK.

  12. The device will reboot and reset to factory settings.
     

From a Handset

  1. Press the center button on the directional pad to open the menu.
     
  2. Select Settings.
     
  3. Scroll down and select System Settings.
     
  4. Scroll down and select Base Reset.
     
  5. Enter the PIN, by default this is 0000.
     
  6. Select Reset to factory.
     
  7. Press the Yes softkey to reset settings.
     
  8. The device will reboot and reset to factory settings.
     

From the Base

  1. Unplug the power supply.
     
  2. Long press the Paging button, do not release.
     
  3. Plug the power supply into the base.
     
  4. Watch the LED indicator lights until they all light up.
     
  5. Release the Paging button.
     
  6. Wait about 5 minutes.
     
  7. Reboot the base by unplugging the power for 15 seconds, then plugging it in again.
