Yealink W70B - Handset Registration/Deregistration

Pairing a Handset

From the Base

1. On the W70B base station, press and hold the signal button for 3 seconds, or until the handset indicator starts to flash.
   
   
    
2. On the handset (W56H or W59R) press the Reg softkey.
   
   
    
3. The handset will search for the base and the screen will say Easy Pairing once it locates the base.
   
   
    
4. Once the handset successfully pairs to the base it will audibly alert and display Handset Subscribed along with the last 4 characters of the base unit MAC address on the screen.
   
   

From the WebUI

1. Access WEBUI for the base unit.
    
2. Login with the as and administrator, the default credentials are:
    
   • Username: admin
   • Password: admin
      
3. Click Handset & Voip on the left-hand side of the page
    
4. Click the Start Register Handset button
    
5. On the handset, press the Reg softkey
    
6. The handset will search for the base and the screen will say Easy Pairing once it locates the base.
    
7. Once the handset successfully pairs to the base it will audibly alert and display Handset Subscribed along with the last 4 characters of the base unit MAC address on the screen.
    

Deregister a Handset

From the Handset

1. From the W56H handset, press the OK button.
   
    
   
   
2. Use the directional pad to select Settings
    
3. Choose Registration.
   
   
    
4. Choose De-Reg Handset.
   
   
    
5. Enter 0000 for the PIN.
    
6. Choose the handset to deregister.
   
    
   
   
7. Press the Yes softkey to confirm.
    

From the WebUI

1. Access WEBUI for the base unit.
    
2. Login as an admin, the default credentials are
    
   • Username: admin
   • Password: admin
      
3. Click Handset & Voip on the left-hand side of the page
    
4. Click Delete next to the handset you want to unpair.
