Troubleshooting
If the phone does not have a generic profile double-check the firmware version. We have found that older versions of firmware only have a MSTeams or Skype profile and they will need to be upgraded to a more recent version (8.2.1 confirmed working).
If the phone does not auto-provision check the following:
- Is the MAC address correct on the account?
- Is the device type correct on the account?
- Is the device assigned to a user on the account?
- Is the Server Type set correctly?
- Is the Server Address entered correctly?
- No typos.
- No spaces at the beginning or end.
- No typos.
- Is Tag SN to UA enabled?
- Adjust the DNS Server
