Poly - Screen Capture

You have to turn on this feature each time the phone is rebooted for security reasons.
 

1. Open the phone menu.
    
2. Select Settings
    
3. Select Basic
    
4. Select Preferences
    
5. Select Screen Capture
    
6. Set to enabled
    
7. Obtain the IP address of the phone.
    
   1. Hold down the 1,4,7 buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds.
       
   2. The IP address will be displayed on the screen.
       
8. On a web browser navigate to http://IP/captureScreen
    
9. Enter the credentials to log in.
    
   • Username: Polycom
      
   • Default Password: 456 (or user set)
     
     NOTE: If the phone is provisioned, the provisioned admin password will need to be used.
      
10. The display of the screen will now show on the browser.
     
11. To update the display, refresh the page.
