URL Call DisabledIndicates that the phone is not registered.

Verify that the phone is provisioned; you can tell it is provisioned if you can see your extension number or name on the phone.  If provisioned, check the network to ensure no network issues.

Cannot Contact Boot ServerThis error message indicates that the phone cannot reach the server listed in the Server Address using the Server Type protocol.Check the provisioning URL for accuracy and remember the address is case sensitive. Also, ensure that the user is assigned to the appropriate MAC address in the admin portal. 
Failed to get Boot Parameters via DHCPThis error occurs when the phone cannot resolve an IP address from the DHCP Server.Evaluate the physical Ethernet connections/try a different port. Also, you will need to evaluate the DHCP Range within the connected router, it may be possible that there are no available IPs.
Network Link DownGenerally caused when the Ethernet network cord is plugged into the PC port instead of the LAN. Also common on 4.0.2b firmware for the first 30 seconds on the home screen after the phone has completed booting.Ensure the Ethernet cord is securely snapped into the phone.
Application Not PresentIndicates that the phone has no applicable firmware installed.Install valid firmware on the phone.  The phone will have to be provisioned via the boot menu of the phone.
Initializing NetworkThis error refers to when the phone is attempting to obtain an IP address from the network. If stuck on this error message, the phone may have a connectivity issue with the network/router.Confirm the Ethernet cable is plugged into the network correctly. You can also try utilizing a static IP address to resolve this.
