Upon loading unity, your contacts list may appear in a format you prefer or it may not. You can right-click anywhere in the contacts area to open up your menu and move down to Appearance. Then select from any of the following:
 

• Details: Shows detailed lists that can include Extensions, Departments, and Current ACD states.
   
• List: Shows a simple list with a single column of only the names of your contacts.
   
• Small Icon: Shows a multi-column view of your contacts.
   
• Tile: Shows your contacts spread through rows with spacing for better readability.
   
• Show Extension: This shows the extension of your contact.
  
  NOTE: Only available when Details is selected as the Appearance.
   
• Show Department: Shows the department assigned to your user.
  
  NOTE: Only available when details are selected as the Appearance and a department has been assigned to your users by a system administrator.
   
• Show ACD State: This shows the current ACD state of your contact.
  
  NOTE: Only available when details are selected as the Appearance and your users are part of a call center.
