Update the Username and Password in the Unity Client

Follow the steps below to update the username and password within the Unity client, allowing a new user to take over on that computer:

1. Open the Unity client on your computer.
   
   
2. Click the Settings button.
   
   
3. In the settings window that opens up, select the Settings tab near the top left of the window.
   
   
4. Select Authentication near the bottom of the list.
   
   
5. Enter a new login ID and/or password in the fields
   
   
   • To completely log out of the application, delete the information in the fields.
     
     
   • NOTE: If you use your email address to log in to Nextiva services, you will need to obtain your UserID for Custom Integrations.
     
     
     
     
6. Click OK to save the new authentication details.
