Unity - Web Version

Nextiva offers licensing for a browser-based version of the Unity software for Supervisor, Agent, and Desktop.  Most of the features in the installed version of Unity are also in the web version; however, there are a few limitations.

Accessing Unity Web

1. Navigate to the login portal
    
   • Click here for Agent
      
   • Click here for Supervisor
      
2. Enter your credentials, if you normally use your email address to log in obtain your UserID for Custom Integrations
    
3. Enter the server address
    
   • Non-HIPAA Customers - ucp.nextiva.com
      
   • HIPAA Customers - cp.nhc.nextiva.com
      

Limitations

The web version of Unity has the following limitations:
 

• Neither Agent nor Supervisor will be able to use Keep My Place in Queue
   
• Supervisors will not be able to run reports, though they can still live monitor agents
   
• Settings can only be accessed through the Tools menu instead of a button.
