NextOS Call Center: Scheduled Reports

Return to the main Supervisor Dashboard article.

To schedule a report using the Supervisor Dashboard tool:

 

  1. Select the report template from the dropdown menu at the top of the supervisor dashboard.

  2. Set the scope of the report.

  3. If applicable, set any additional parameters.
     
  4. For report type select the option Scheduled.

  5. Enter a Name and optional Description for the scheduled report.

  6. Set a Start Date and Run Time. This will be the first date and time this report is run.

  7. Select a Recurrence Pattern

    • Never will cause the report to be sent one time only.
       
    • Daily report will run every X days from the start date.
       
    • Weekly report will run every X weeks on the requested days.
       
    • Monthly reports can either be run on a specific date, such as the 22nd of each month, or a specific day, such as the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
       
    • Yearly reports can either be run on a specific date, such as the 22nd of August, or a specific day, such as the 2nd Tuesday of October.
       
  8. For any recurrence pattern other than never, set a range.

    • Never - The report will send following the schedule until it is deleted.
       
    • After X Occurrences - The report will stop after a specific number of reports was sent.
       
    • Date - The report will stop after the specific date selected.
       
  9. Set a timeframe for the report data.

    1. Choose a time frame from when the report runs. If using the previous 1 day it will include the date of the report from midnight, until the minute the report runs.
       
    2. Set the sampling period to break the report down. If using a 15 or 30-minute sampling rate make sure the time of the report is on a quarter or half-hour or the report won't run.
       
    3. Choose an output format, PDF or Excel.
       
  10. Set the email addresses for the recipients. You can have a total of 9 recipients.

  11. Click Add Scheduled Report.
