NextOS Call Center: Voicemail PIN Reset

Voicemail PINs can be reset within the call center settings to reset a Call Center voicemail PIN.
 

  1. Navigate to the call center list.  For instructions on how to do this, click here.
     
  2. Click on the call center that needs its voicemail PIN reset.

  3. Under the Basic column, select Password.

  4. Select the Set portal password option

  5. Enter a new PIN for the voice portal.  

    XBert Tip: We recommend using a simple PIN such as 0000, as the first time the voicemail is checked from a phone, the system will prompt you to choose a new PIN and will NOT let you reuse the PIN set in the portal.

  6. Click OK.
