Accessing Your NextOS Call Center (Administrator)

This feature requires a user to have a call center license assigned.
Choose the image that looks most like your screen once logged in:

Accessing Your Call Center

1. Log in to your account as an administrator.
    
2. Click Company & Locations on the left-hand side.
    
3. Select Locations (next to Company Info).
   
   
   1. NOTE: Access to call centers is only possible at locations that have users with a call center license assigned.
       
4. Hover over the correct location. Click the vertical ellipses on the right-hand side.
    
5. Select Call Center. A new tab will open.
   
   
    
6. In the new tab, Call Center is on the left-hand side.
    
7. Click Call Centers under Basic.
