Choose the image that looks most like your screen once logged in:

    1. Log in to your account.
       
    2. Click on your initials in the upper right-hand corner and select My Profile.

    3. Click Voice on the left-hand side
       
    4. Click Call center under voice settings.
       
    5. Click Launch Dashboard
