Voice Analytics - Changing The Color Theme

The Voice Analytics tool offers a selection of color themes that you can set to personalize your experience.

1. Log into Analytics..
    
2. Click the Settings tab at the top of the screen (the right-most tab).
   
   
    
3. Click the Color Themes tab at the top of the screen
   
   
    
4. Select the check box next to the theme you want to use on the right-hand side of the screen.
   
   
    
5. Click the green Update button at the bottom-right of the screen. A pop-up message will appear confirming that the changes have been saved. 
    
6. After changing the color theme, click Reporting at the top of the screen, and confirm the colors on the charts have changed.
